Surroundings and types for trips

     Our cottage is situated in the pictorial valley between Broumov walls and Javorí mountains. This region by itself is turisticaly very attractive place.

     In near-by Broumov (5 km) you can see many of historical landmarks, first of all baroque monastery of St. Vojtech. There is also unique historical landmark – system of baroque churches which are situared almost in each village of this region.

     For lovers of nature beauty there is noteworthy the rocky formations in Broumov walls and the mountain-climbing famous rock towns in Teplice and Adršpach.

     The near-by ski area Janovicky (4 km) offers self-realization for downhill skiing lovers as well as for lovers of skiing in track. There use to be set-up a few kilometres of skiing tracks. Other chance for downhill skiing is in Teplice nad Metují (12 km).

     Broumov is a border town, so there is the possibility to cross the border to Poland: Klodzko - museum, Osowka – underground factory atc.

     Other interesting paces are situated in further surroundings. On behalf of all we can recommend Krkonoše mountains, Orlické mountains, dam Rozkoš, forts Dobrošov and Josefov, ZOO in Dvur Králové nad Labem and castles in Náchod, Nové Mesto nad Metují, Opocno, Ratiborice atc.
